Why don’t you list fixed prices?
Because a sole operator registering for the first time and a multi-site SIL provider facing certification need very different work. A single sticker price would either over-charge the simple jobs or under-deliver the complex ones. We scope yours and give you a fixed figure upfront.
How long does registration or audit prep take?
Registration Sprints are designed to move in weeks rather than months, but the realistic timeline depends on your starting point and audit dates. We map it on the discovery call so you know what’s achievable before you commit.
Do you guarantee we’ll pass the audit?
No honest consultant can guarantee an audit outcome — the audit is conducted independently, and providers select their own auditor from the JAS-ANZ list. What we do is make sure you walk in genuinely ready: evidence organised to the standard, gaps closed, your team prepared.
Is the Larenta platform included?
Ongoing compliance engagements run on Larenta — the software that keeps your records and evidence audit-ready day to day. For one-off registration or audit work, we’ll tell you on the call whether the platform is part of your scope.
Do you only work with SIL providers?
No — we support NDIS and disability providers across registration groups. SIL is a focus because it carries the heaviest compliance load, but the same standards-led approach applies whatever supports you deliver.
