We never lock you out of your own compliance records over a payment problem. Reading and exporting keep working, and safety-critical capture — incidents, case notes, medication, shift reports — is never blocked.

Yes. All prices shown are in Australian dollars excluding GST. GST is added at invoice.
You keep full read and export access to everything, and safety-critical capture — reportable incidents, case notes, medication records, shift reports — keeps working. Only routine edits pause until payment is sorted. We will never delete your records or hold them hostage over billing.
You can see and export the module's records but not create or edit them. It exists so you can see what a higher tier would give you, and so a provider who doesn't operate that area can still hold the evidence.
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately. Moving down applies at the end of your current term. Nothing you've already recorded is lost either way.
